and are 100% certain that you will be delighted with your furniture and
will have no reason to ever want to be parted from it again!!
However in the
unlikely event you should want to return an item to us we are pleased to
offer all customers 14 days from delivery in which to decide whether to
keep ordered items or return them to us for a refund.
This
is put in place to allow you the consumer a closer inspection of the item
first hand as you bought this item "at a distance" but also
allows us the seller to be able to re sell the item as brand new.
The regulations
state that our customers have the unconditional right to cancel orders
within 14 working days without having to give us a reason. Please note: The
'14 working days' start from the day you receive the goods.
Should you wish
to return your items in accordance with this regulation, please take
reasonable care of the items and it would help if you retain the original
packaging for return.
We will provide
a full refund for the purchase price of the goods,
however the buyer is always responsible for the carriage costs involved in
the return of the furniture.
We will forward
your refund within 30 days of notice of cancellation.
We
can arrange collection and return of the items at a direct cost of £50 per
item.
Please do not
return items without prior authorisation. The
returns authorisation is valid for up to 14 days
only from delivery.
Goods sent back
without prior returns authorisation will be
returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
Put basically we offer a no quibble
refund policy on items delivered, the buyer will be responsible for safe
return of items, if this is not agreeable, respectfully please do not
bid/purchase our items.
