We offer a no quibble refund policy on items delivered, however we reserve the right to ask the customer to pay all relevant costs for the delivery and return of items. The general rule is, cost of delivering and returning items after they have been despatched will be £30 per item each way.

If the Postal Insurance (£5 per item) is taken the carriage costs on damaged or faulty items will be met by our carrier, it does not cover the return of items due to unsuitability!
